Culinary Team Lab
A comprehensive team-building session that incorporates all the key elements — communication, collaboration, problem-solving, connecting, decision-making, creativity, innovation, brainstorming, leveraging diverse skills and personalities. The lab experience starts with icebreakers to form small teams, followed by a balance of facilitated discussion, and activity to work on these keys areas of team development.
Cake Sculpture 2 hours / Location: Company Site, Event Space or Local Culinary Kitchen (Red Mountain Kitchen and Layered Cakes Kennewick, WA)
Teams are provided with pre-baked cakes and a variety of decorating supplies. Each team puts their brainstorming hats on to come up with unique sculptured designs.

Teams work with ingredients to create their most impressive dish to share and plate. Your team will have a fun and exciting time exploring their creativity and working collaboratively during this exhilarating cooking challenge.
Around the Globe 2.5 hours / Location: Culinary Kitchen (Red Mountain Kitchen and Layered Cakes Kennewick, WA)
Teams are given various international recipes to recreate along with building an art project representing something unique about the country. The session offers a fun, engaging way to foster teamwork and cultural understanding by having teams collaboratively prepare and enjoy meals from different countries.
