26 years experience training faculty in higher education on e-learning and different learning styles; high school teacher in person and virtually; evaluated product training materials for Nike; marketing training for H&R Block; event management work with Intel and Microsoft; actor for management training videos for Mission Support Alliance.

Throughout my career experiences, I became passionate about helping to improve leadership and teams. My delivery is pairing best practice content with an activity helping to tap into better discussions, innovating thinking, problem solving, finding value in working with multi-generations and the global workforce and recognizing untapped skills. These are just a few areas that have not always been implemented in the workforce.
