Jacquelynn Ravella, Leadership and Team Lab Facilitator – Washington State
Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with diverse, multi-generational as part of a team, and roles including coordinating, and managing. In these experiences, I’ve often noticed a gap between leaders and their teams that hinders cohesive collaboration.
I spent time understanding learning styles. The importance of learning styles in team building comes down to one key idea: people take in and process information differently—and when teams understand and embrace that, they become more effective, inclusive, and innovative. This was part of what I also found important teaching in K-12 and higher education.
My mission is to help leaders and teams recognize and appreciate each other’s value and untapped potential. When this happens, it opens the door to stronger collaboration, innovative thinking, clearer communication, and more effective problem-solving. I’ve already seen the impact of this approach in action—and now, I’m committed to helping others unlock their full potential too.
10 years experience training faculty in higher education to use distance learning technology and train in learning styles; K-12 teacher in person and virtually; corporate experience including Nike, H&R Block and Microsoft in training and marketing; management work at Intel; voice over, e-learning actor and on camera actor for commercials. My adventures include snorkeling and scuba diving, flying airplanes, international travel experiences to learn how people connect.
